WHAT can be returned?

All New unused products may be returned within 30 days of order. “Antiques” or “Found” items are Final Sale, and may not be returned.

HOW do customers return items?

Customers may return new, unused merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date.  The return must be accompanied with a copy of the packing slip that contains account and identifying information, and the reason for the return.  Shipping and insurance for the return is the responsibility of the customer. 

SHIPPING for returns?

The Customer pays for all postage on returns.

CREDIT for returns?

Provided returned item is in re-sale condition, a full refund (less shipping) will be credited to the credit card used for purchase.

Instore return option?

Customers may return their merchandise on site at our warehouse. Please contact us at 512-949-9394 for store hours.

Packing materials?

We prefer that items are returned in their original packaging.
